Meals and snacks: Supervised mealtime routines and snack service aligned with parents’ guidelines and child dietary needs (food must be provided and pre-approved). Allergies and/or food sensitivities need to be provided to us in writing in advance
Sleep and calming support: Short nap or quiet rest periods, and gentle care for tired or overwhelmed children.
Behavior guidance: Positive guidance techniques, maintaining routines and parental boundaries as directed.
Emergency preparedness: Emergency contact protocols and incident reporting.
